The 54 meter megayacht is now available at the reduced rates of €250,000 per week, plus expenses (was €280,000 per week, plus expenses) for low season, and €270,000 per week, plus expenses (was €300,000 per week, plus expenses) for high season (July and August) and for special event charters such as MIPIM and the Cannes Film Festival.
 
Admiral Mariotti motor yacht SEA FORCE ONE is a superyacht in the truest sense of the word.  Apart from her shiny black hull, her "wow factor" is over-the-top: fold-out sea terraces, extravagant décor, unique objets d′art, countless watertoys, and extensive entertainment equipment including a disco bar with DJ console and home cinema.

The highly anticipated motor yacht Pershing 82 is on schedule to debut in the spring of 2012.  A contemporary reinterpretation of its predecessor, the Pershing 80, the Pershing 82 is the ninth model added to the builder's series of open performance yachts.

Mediterranean yacht charter fans looking for a swift yacht take note!  In keeping with Pershing’s emphasis on performance, the new 82 model will be capable of a 45-knot top end, thanks to twin MTU 16V M93s.   Cruising speed is expected to be an equally-swift at 40 knots.

Designed by Fulvio De Simoni and a team of architects at Centro Stile Ferretti Group, the Pershing 82 performance yacht features an external profile that is sleeker and more aggressive than that of its predecessor.  The elongated superstructure enhances the new attractive forms while the sundeck with retractable platform makes the yacht look slimmer.

The yacht is 24.97 meters long and features a traditional mega yacht charter layout of 4 comfortable guest cabins.  The master suite is located amidships, with the VIP cabin forward, and two twin bed cabins positioned at the bow.

Alicante, Spain is the starting point for the 2011-2012 Volvo Ocean Race, and luxury sailing charter vessel PHILANDER wants you to be part of the action. 

The 40 meter yacht is offering a special charter rate to watch the opening ceremonies and the start of Leg 1 of the world's most famous round-the-globe sailing race. 

The 39,000 mile (72,000k), nine-month odyssey pits man against nature in an ultimate test of courage and stamina across treacherous open seas. During the race, crews will experience life at the extreme: no fresh food is permitted on board, so they will live off freeze-dried meals.  Temperature will vary from -5 to +40 degrees Celsius, and the sailors will only take one change of clothes. The crew will trust their lives to the boat and the skipper to survive hunger, sleep deprivation, and whatever nature hurls their way.

In stark contrast, the opening festivities rival the atmosphere of the Cannes Film Festival and offer a chance to meet the crews, see the yachts, and celebrate the sport of sailing.  From October 14 to November 5, a jam-packed three-week period will offer an in-port race, a legends regatta, a pro-am race, and the start of Leg 1.

Sail yacht Philanderer is a 40 meter (131') yacht with guest accommodations for 10 and deck space for 18 for cocktail parties and social events.  Her professional crew of 7 will attend to every need during the charter in Alicante.  

For the event, the yacht is offering a rate of  €35,000 for 5 days minimum between October 29th and November 5th. The rate includes the yacht, crew, and use of onboard recreational amenities, such as the ship's gym and sauna.  Of course, guests will also enjoy the best seats in the house for watching the racing action up close!  All expenses (meals, bar, etc) are extra.

Ah, life is good for film star Leonardo DiCaprio.  Dating "Gossip Girl"actress Blake Lively, we first caught a glimpse of Leo relaxing onboard motoryacht SEVEN SEAS, Steven Spielberg's multi-million dollar superyacht, during the recent Cannes Film Festival 2011.

Now we hear di Caprio is about to take delivery of a 2012 Fisker Karma hybrid luxury sports sedan.  And not just any Fisker Karma - the very first one ever built.

The actor is known for leading the green enviro movement in Hollywood, and his latest toy, like his Toyota Prius is built with sustainability in mind. The Karma is designed by Henrik Fisker, formerly of Aston Martin, and has been developed around an aluminium chassis. 

The plug-in Karma is driven by a a pair of electric motors totaling 403hp, powered by a 22 kWh lithium ion battery, or a 175kW generator turned by a 2.2L gas engine.

Even with its eco-friendly background, the Karma features a 125 mph top speed and can go from 0 to 60 mph in 5.8 seconds.

Also waiting in line for his own hybrid is Al "An Inconvenient Truth" Gore.

Just imagine the buzz if Leo were to invest in a hybrid mega yacht charter vessel?!
